**End User License Agreement (EULA)**
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "you") and Data Recovery Pro ("Services", "GoWithEasy", "us", "we", or "our") governing the use of the Data Recovery Pro mobile application ("App").
By installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install, access, or use the App.
**License Grant**
Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Data Recovery Pro grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use.
**Restrictions**
You may not:
- Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the App.
- Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the App or features that prevent or restrict use or copying of any content or enforce limitations on use of the App.
- Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice or identification, including copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property notices, contained in or displayed on the App.
- Use the App for any illegal purpose or in any manner inconsistent with this Agreement.
**Ownership**
The App, including all intellectual property rights therein, is and shall remain the sole and exclusive property of Data Recovery Pro and its licensors. This Agreement does not convey to you any rights of ownership in or related to the App.
**Payment**
You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with the purchase of the App through the applicable app store or distribution platform.
**Disclaimer of Warranty**
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Data Recovery Pro disclaims all warranties, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
**Limitation of Liability**
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Data Recovery Pro be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the App.
**Termination**
This Agreement is effective until terminated by you or Data Recovery Pro. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you shall cease all use of the App and uninstall it from your device.
**Governing Law**
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
**Severability**
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision shall be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
**Entire Agreement**
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Data Recovery Pro regarding the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings, whether oral or written.
**Changes to this Agreement**
Data Recovery Pro reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace this Agreement at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
